L.R Series Ltd is a family run business with over 30 years of experience in supplying parts for Land Rovers.
L.R.Series came to us because they wanted to expand their business online. They needed a website that would allow their customers to search their stock and order from them. The website needed to present the available stock in a simple, yet attractive way. We, therefore, ensured that the different parts for grouped together in relevant groups. This would enable the user to easily navigate directly to the section they need. We included images of the stock, alongside a brief description of the product with a list of compatible Land Rovers that the parts would fit. This would allow the customer to ensure that they were buying the correct part for their vehicle.
We also understand that when you build an online store for someone, you need to ensure the whole checkout process is kept as straight forward as possible. If the checkout process is overly complicated, the user will not complete the purchase, and will move to another website. We did not want this to happen to L.R Series Ltd. We, therefore, ensured that we kept the whole process, from searching the stock, to adding to the basket, and finally, the checkout process as simple as possible.
