Fleet Flowers came to JPS Media because they required an online store building in order to expand the reach of their business. By having a website, a company is able to reach potential customers that they wouldn’t be able to reach without one. We discussed the different types of websites that we are able to build and decided that an eCommerce website would be the most suitable for Fleet Flower’s online business. Fleet Flowers is owned by Olga Pasos. Olga Pasos is originally from Colombia and has a background in Interior Design. Olga has worked all over Europe and brings everything she has learnt over the years to Fleet Flowers. Her passion began when she visited Covent Garden Market in London many years ago. She became overwhelmed by the beauty of flowers. She soon decided to make flowers her life and began to build the brand, Fleet Flowers. Olga brings a touch of elegance and beauty to corporate and private events. Her flowers bring a touch of elegance to the life of all her customers.
Fleet Flowers came to JPS Media to discuss the services that we provide. They wanted a website that would showcase the flowers they sell and a website that was easy to buy the flowers from. We discussed what they wanted their website to look like including colours and the layout. We work closely with all our clients through every step of the design process to ensure they are happy with the end website. The first step of the process was to discuss with Fleet Flowers what types of flowers and services that they provide. This was so that we could showcase their services perfectly to their customers. We built pages for each of the different services and flowers that Fleet Flowers sell. We made each page on the website beautiful and easy to use. This was so the customer could easily decide which type of flower they would want to buy. If the website was too difficult to use the customer wouldn’t want to use the website. Therefore, they would click away from the website. This could lose potential customers. Website design is essential to a companies success online.
To ensure that an eCommerce website is successful online, it has to be easy for the customer to buy the products. Therefore, we ensured that the shopping cart part of the website was simple. However, we also made the shopping cart attractive. This made the website beautiful to look at while also being simple to buy flowers from. The website allows the customers to view the flowers and make that important decision on which ones to buy. We understand that choosing the best flowers was the most important thing for the customer. Therefore, we made the customer being able to view all of the available flowers our most important factor when designing the website. We feel that the website we built met all of the requirements of Fleet Flowers.
